EMERGENCY VASCULAR OCCLUSION/COMPRESSION INJURY CORRECTION ⚠️‼️

Patient presented to us with pain and dusky discoloration of the chin after getting filler one day prior with a different provider. Upon assessment, sluggish capillary refill indicating vascular compromise was noted around the injection site.

Area was injected with 4 vials of hyaluronidase (HYLENEX) with successful and immediate restoration of blood flow to the region.

What is vitamin IV therapy?

CLEFT LIP RECONSTRUCTION //

What is Cleft Lip?
Cleft lip and cleft palate are birth defects that occur when a
baby’s lip or mouth do not form properly during pregnancy
causing a congenital split in the upper lip.

This birth abnormalities is most commonly corrected
between 3-6 months of age surgically and leaves behind
scar tissue and asymmetries.

This is one of my FAVORITE lips to correct. It takes skill, technique and in depth understand of rheology to make this type of correction.

Filler selection is EVERYTHING when it comes to injecting around scar tissue.

As we get older, our skin begins to lose its elasticity and youthful appearance – especially the skin around our eyes.  Excessive exposure to sunlight and other factors such as nutrition, genetics, alcohol consumption and smoking can accelerate the ageing process.  Loose skin above the upper and lower eyelids can cause what’s commonly known as “baggy” or “hooded eyes.” CO2 lasers can help tighten skin, and they may also help improve eyelid skin laxity and minimize the appearance of baggy eyes.
