A foot specialist can confirm whether it’s fungal, trauma-related, or something else before starting treatment.
2️⃣ Keep feet clean and dry
Change socks daily, dry thoroughly after showering, and avoid damp shoes to stop the problem getting worse.
3️⃣ Start treatment early
