Have you met our trainer, Bodi?

“Bo” joined the IIE team earlier this year. When he’s not coaching our clients, he works as a personal trainer with Fox Studios.

He has a background in hypertrophy and strength training, and applies his bodybuilding and nutritional expertise to his programming in order to optimize a results-driven training program.

Bo’s teaching background and experience with children and adolescents has also prepared him to be our IIE Youth Coach!

Bo is open for bookings for private house calls, bootcamps, or online coaching. Hit us up if you want to schedule your session and get ahead of your New Year’s resolutions!
