How Eating Disorders Can Affect Anyone One organization is trying to get the word out that anyone can get an eating disorder, regardless of a person's race, ethnicity or gender.

Ask yourself, am I physically hunger or emotionally? If you’re grabbing a snack bc you’re feeling sad, lonely or bored, you maybe eating out of emotional hunger.

Call a friend to talk, journal, meditate 🧘🏽‍♀️ 🙏🏼9) Respect✊🏽and LOVE yourself! You are capable and beautiful just how you are! 10) Exercise, move joyfully, not to lose weight or burn calories, tap into feeling strong, energized and 😊!
