I’m really excited to share this🧘♀️✨
After some time away, I am officially getting back into teaching Yoga in person. I have missed this so much.❤️
I will be teaching Tuesday mornings at 7:30 AM and Fridays at 12 PM at Inner Power Yoga in Calabasas.
For those of you who took my classes before, and even for some of you who took classes in my backyard, you know how much I’ve always loved teaching.
The class I’m going to teach is called Yang Yin: Energize and Restore. We’ll move, build strength, and then slow it down to stretch reset and leave a feeling amazing😍
I would truly love to see some familiar faces there☀️✨
And for those of you who are far away or can’t make it in person, there is an option to take the class live via video👍🏼

Don’t worry ladies….perimenopause has some benefits.
You learn how to have a lower tolerance level, you become unavailable for nonsense, you stop over extending yourself, and you learn to set boundaries!
