Sara is professionally trained in multimedia makeup including photography, film, theater, and beauty. She also trained in hair styling, wig styling, and wig ventilating for the theater and has been in the industry for 10 years. Her passion for hair and makeup began at the tender age of six years old. e learned the fundamentals of color theory, design, form, shape, balance and expression along with art history. Later pursuing photography, she quickly discovered her eye for capturing true beauty in its essence. Sara later graduated with a degree in Business Management with an attempt to fit the social norm. She worked in the corporate world for a few years, all the while freelancing as a makeup artist. But the heart of an artist never stops burning with passion... In 2014, Sara decided to pursue her dreams and make it official, she graduated from beauty school as a professional makeup artist. Shortly after, she shifted careers and freelanced for MAC cosmetics while continuing her education in the arts and social sciences. Theater captured her love for expression, creativity, passion and rawness and this is where she learned how to manipulate wigs. Currently, Sara is a freelancer with L'Oreal International for YSL and Armani Beauty as well as working alongside some of the best headshot photographers in the industry. These days Sara travels as a working artist encouraging others to follow their dreams along the way!
