In the “between”, processing so much, but also not ready to share. Really sitting with myself for months, transmuting, alchemizing, so that when I do speak, it’s clear & intentional— so that I don’t just add to the noise & confusion.

Slowly shedding the inner pressure to be anything, produce anything, sell anything, speak anything, until I uncover what is real within me & what is mine to share.

In the meantime, I’m writing a lot, mothering, & enjoying moments of learning to pickle & ferment watermelons, sauerkraut, & making my own cleaning products with vinegar & citrus peels 🙂

Right now, it’s all about SLOW.

Travel altars are an important part of my travels 🕯️

As the northern hemisphere enters winter, the energy invites us to contemplate our life, go within, slow down, rest — which can feel so contrary to what society asks of us during the holiday season…
But is there a way to bring more presence, more stillness, to our commitments? And can we let go of some of the commitments & expectations that we place on ourselves?

It is all a choice.
We can only push so much before our body & the intelligence of life pushes back.

Winter is best used to replenish our roots, honor the cycles, let die what needs to die, rest, contemplate, so we can be ready for the rebirth & inspiration that comes with Spring 🐣

We are nature itself 🙏🏽
