Just completed the first Cize workout! While I'm apparently terrible at choreographed dance moves, it's a legit fun workout once I got the hang of it and stopped pausing the video over and over to figure out what Shaun T was doing. :D

I'll be running an online support group for anyone interested in doing these Cize dance workouts next month. Comment below with "tell me more" if you're interested.

Does fitness scare you?
