Hi everyone. Happy New Year to all. Well, it's 2022 and things are still at an uncertain state. That's why we need to consider embracing, adapting and reshaping our approach to fitness and the tools we have. For now all classes will continue online and I'll be holding an info/q&a session today, Friday, at 5pm PST. PLZ let me know if you'd like to participate. I'm doing this to keep each other motivated into this new year and explain ways we'll continue to exercise. Also brainstorming around safer options. So plz RSVP below, invite/share this w friends and family. I will be also opening my Fridays for 1-1 training sessions (strength/dance/health/weight management) for those who'd like a more personal approach. Friday info session for our Strength Training (group or private) and our dance classes. LMK if interested and time. I'm looking at 5pm tentatively but will go w what works for most.
Who can benefit:
-Beginners, not knowing where or how to start
-People w little motivation
-Those with movement restriction or recovering from an injury.
-Those looking to improve their health (A1c, blood pressure, cholesterol).
-Those looking for a swift kick in the butt when needed and not getting all snowflaky about it, LOL!
