For the past couple of weeks, one of our selling platform has been removing some of our listings. According to them it is against their new policy. They have removed 25 listings so far and we are trying to get the listings back. Some of the products removed are our Clove and Rosemary Hair Spray, Flaxseed Gel, Black Rice Water Shampoo, Ayurvedic Hair Oil, Ayurvedic Detangling Prepoo, Chebe Curling Custard, Moringa Body Butter, Wholesale Items and much more.

We have removed some “medical” keywords such as growth, hair growth, eczema, dandruff, hyperpigmentation and so on, but it seems there are still some keywords that are preventing these listings from being restored. We know they are trying to protect themselves and they don’t want sellers making medical claims. We do have disclaimers under each of our listings, but that doesn’t seem to be enough.

Some of these products have been on the said platform for over 4 years without any problem.
