Does anyone know what the laws are for the following situation: I have a spare room in my studio which has an establishment license with the board of barbering and cosmetology. I have been offered to rent the room out sporadically to a mobile lab company who is licensed for travel and performing lab testing in pretty much any work place environment. They do dna, hormones , panels, Covid testing , Iv therapy, etc. They usually
travel around to large companies and setup temporarily to perform tests in these locations on employees and anyone related to the company. They would like a more stable location sometimes for outside practitioners to be able to refer to them for testing. There is a medical doctor ordering the tests and they have nurses and phlebotomists performing them. If they obtained their own establishment license for medical facility Couldn’t the medical doctor technically rent the room for said purposes and use
my facility?

The room available for rent is within a boutique skin clinic with a retail storefront on a busy street in the hip and growing neighborhood of highland park Los Angeles.The room is quiet and peaceful. It comes decorated and furnished with treatment table, stool, and cabinets. Linens and laundry service provided and you may bring your own.Sink is directly outside the room and shared with myself.i am looking for a passionate, Honest, individual to join me. Preferable if you have a primary interest in one or more of the Following; Waxing, threading, brow Laminating/Tint, Lash Tint, Lash extensions, Microblading, Electrolysis, Body treatments or be a Massage therapist. Must hold a current license in your respective field and have certificates and necessary training. Must Have your own liabilty insurance.

Preferably full time renter 5-7 days per week/24 hr per day, although I will consider part time 3-4 days per week. Day rental Also available. Rent is collected weekly for the week ahead. Must have own supplies, equipment. Treatment table and cabinets provided. Room Available now. Must have own clientele and be a willing participant in cross refering to other providers for the services they offer. I am the only practitioner as of now. I am a licensed Esthetician and I specialize in clinical facials and skincare . This space has been open since June 2022. I don’t wax or do lashes so this would be an ideal fit. I have a strong online presence with a constant flow of new clientele for my own skincare services and will refer for waxing, threading, brows, lashes, electrolysis, massage, and any skincare overflow. Offering commission on retail. Any retail you want to display will be up for consideration and space May be provided in the retail lounge. You may also use shelving in the room as your display. laundry service, shared Vagaro acct, 24 hour access, kitchen amenities, coffee, tea, water. Wi-Fi, Alexa, street parking will consider a shared space if we can arrange days/times.
