Ours may begin with... five minutes of meditation, of a much needed neck stretch, of hitting those calves Arnie-style, or a simple act of gratitude.
The happier we are, the more at peace. Less worries means more time to stay on our fitness journey. One step, five minutes, that's all it takes.

BASIC #1 - Do something healthy every day!
A little bit of better eating (like substitute a snack with an apple, or have a glass of water before dinner etc.), some stretching, a meditation... anything. It is much better to do a 5min. workout daily than to do a 2-hour session once a week!
