Things I thought I would never say

“My mornings are for me”

“From 7-10am generally are for me”

“ I journal, meditate, dance, do breathwork every morning.”

“ I live next to the water”

“ I walk Bette twice a day next to the ocean”

“ I sauna at least 4* a week”

This post really isn’t really about my mornings, or my walks.

It’s that I made a decision to devote time to Myself to fill myself up

To connect vertically (with source) so when I go out into the horizontal plane I feel rooted and grounded and in my center.

I’m looking forward to the other positive things in the near future that I never thought I would say.

The things that could actually be so amazing, my own mind couldn’t come up with it.

If you are reading this, this is your permission slip to give yourself some space.

In between your thoughts.

Some space in between the red and green light while you are driving.

Space in between this sentence and the next.

Space between your footsteps.

Space in between your inhale and exhale.

Hold. Squeeze.

Release.

What doing hair extensions

Teaches me.

Patience. I check every hair.

Placement. It matters how you place them, how much hair is in between each piece.

How much you add to

Make it look natural and

Make it manageable.

Doing my own hair has taught me

A deeper patience. It’s harder

To see the top of my head, the back of my head.

Very much like seeing our own unconscious, obstacles or our own vibrancy.

Doing my own color and extensions has given me so much reverence for

the present of presence, patience,

And the importance of giving to yourself first.

Having said all of this, I am also open

To having someone else do it!! 😂

Despite I almost have no water

Magnificent ocean and

All the mana it has to offer

Today I thank it for bringing me closer

How it has regulated my nervous system

Slowed me way down

And expanded me into the slowest version

Of myself.

Working on beautiful crowns next to the water

Has definitely amplified my work.

Even though I live next to the water, vacations also bring me close to the ocean…

Being able to travel and then come back

Refreshed and have a clear vessel.

What a gift. In this space over last 6 months I have a new baby…

I have started and would be so happy if you could meet me there:-) all things connecting and wild in a sacred order.
