Three of the four Black sororities were founded in January: My beloved Zeta Phi Beta, will be 104 on the 16th, Alpha Kappa Alpha, will be 116 on the 15th, Delta Sigma Theta turns 111 on the 13th.

Sigma Gamma Rho is celebrating 102 years on November 12th.

1. ALL 4 NPHC sororities were founded at a time when it was harder to be a Black woman in America than it is today.
2. ALL of my Sister Greeks make incredible sacrifices of their time, finances, energy and sometimes even sanity 😂 for the uplift of our people.
3. "WE" can playfully banter all day long, but if a non-D9 family member comes for one of us ... trust me "YOU" don't want none of that which comes next!
