2020 what can I say about it? It's given and taken a lot away from us. It's brought us a lot closer to change. Some for the better and some for worse. It's definitely taught us patience and have tested boundaries where we find ourselves stepping away for a moment.
No matter what life brings, take time out to recharge. It's always been being out in nature and camping for me. Don't get me wrong, hotels and resorts are nice but there's something satisfying about pooping in your but I can't go without a tent . This week was a much needed trip before I jump into September 2020. Do what makes you happy. The opportunity is now no matter how big or small.

Quick snack ideas using canned tuna. Add ingredients and measurements according to your taste.
Ingredients
-2x canned tuna
-celery
-white onion
-carrots
-tomatoes
-sun dried tomato paste
-garlic salt
-garlic powder
-black pepper
-mayo
-mustard
-lemon juice
Fine chop all your veggies and add them to a big bowl with your drained tuna. Next add all the condiments and seasonings and mix thoroughly. Enjoy it with crackers, bread, rice, lettuce cups, on top of avocados, or stuffed in peppers. Options are endless.
