One of the best ways I’ve learned to cultivate my intuition and guidance system is through SILENCE…

By silencing my mind, I learn to calm the monkey mind…the chatter…the noise.

I allow the breath to breathe itself AND I open myself up to fully RECEIVE…

I get messages, downloads and overall more clarity. I start to feel more at peace and more LOVE.

It takes practice and some days are way easier than others but I keep going✌️

I invite you to start the day off with 15mi - 60min of silence or meditation.

See how it feels and Keep going! It takes practice and it just gets better. Trust me it will change your life!
