Today I decided to do a little ritual with Mother Clay, with the intention to detox this past year out of my hair!! ✌️ Good Riddance!
I always like to create the space for my rituals, so even though it’s daytime, I’m lighting a candle to connect to the never-ending light and spark within all of us today- on the darkest day of the year …
Ritual💫
- 1st I am taking the time to massage the Clay into my scalp , because my hair has been shedding like crazy and I really want to take any opportunity I can to stimulate the hair follicle and increase the circulation in my scalp
-2nd I apply the Clay from the roots all the way through the ends of the hair and thoroughly saturate strand by strand until my whole head is covered
-3rd Then I pin my hair up and wait 10 minutes while the Clay works its magic- pulling all the bad Juju out of my hair- Meantime- I’ll enjoy a nice little tea mediation
-4th Shampoo out 2x and then follow through with conditioner, but today I’m gonna use Repair Masque because my hair needs the extra moisture…
-5th Air Dry and Enjoy- My wave fully back, my hair feels less brittle and less frizzy, it even has more lift, magically.. I haven’t seen this all year!
I feel like my hair just got the deepest spiritual cleansing🌬️

Happy New Moon in Libra 🌑
As we welcome the Sun moving into Scorpio, there’s this quiet space between beauty and transformation…
Libra reminds us to come back into balance and to see what feels most aligned, what feels harmonious, and what truly feels like us again..
Scorpio asks us to go a little deeper and get a bit subterranean, to release what’s no longer serving and make room for what’s ready to grow…

I had the honor of working from it this weekend and everything about it felt like a dream! The light, the stillness, the way the air moved around as I worked…

This full moon feels like a mirror, reflecting the fire within and illuminating all that’s ready to shift.
Aries brings bold, new energy..the kind that asks us to trust our instincts and take action on what our hearts have quietly known for a while…
As La Tierra Sagrada moves through its own transformation, I feel this moon reminding me that endings are never really endings, they’re beginnings in disguise.
The courage to release creates space for something new to emerge, something more aligned with truth, passion and purpose.
