As a pharmacist, I understand wellness at a chemical level. Most pharmacists believe in filling prescriptions. I believe in a healthy lifestyle.

Medication is only part of the equation for maximum health. Wellness stems from diet, exercise, and mindset. I teach my health methods to over 100k people on a daily basis and regularly appear on the media. I’ve been featured on NBC, The Telegraph, The Doctors, and more. You’ll never see me promote something I don’t believe in. I want the best for people and have a genuine passion for wellness and

There’s something about hosting that feels like home to me ❤️

Hospitality is so deeply ingrained in Persian culture. Even though I didn’t grow up doing every tradition, it’s in our DNA as Persians to be gracious… to make people feel welcome, comfortable, and special. When I invite someone into our home, I want them to instantly like a guest of honor. And when I host dinner parties, I pay attention to it all: the lighting, the tone of music, the colors, the menu. Every detail is thought out (not to impress, more to nurture).

Cohosting this one with one of my dear (Persian!) friend made it all the more special. Gathering up some photos and fun videos to share in the coming weeks 🫶🏼

This is how you balance food…

Respecting the warming and cooling properties of foods isn’t just something Iranians have done for years, it’s also a staple in Ayurveda and Chinese medicine. If all of these ancient cultures have been doing it for this long - there must be a lot of wisdom behind it. That’s my philosophy 🙂

This dish originated from the southern coast of Iran. We served it at the last clean dinner and it was such a hit. It’s truly so warming and nourishing, highly recommend trying it!

The easiest way to make florals feel instantly elegant chic…

Monochromatic tones 💜 I love a monochromatic theme, whether it’s in my home decor, my clothes, or florals, it just genuinely makes me happy. There’s something about colors blending so seamlessly that creates a sense of calmness.

I knew I wanted to bring in more color since the theme of this dinner was Norooz - which is the first day of spring and new year in Persian culture - and usually associated with spring colors and energy. But working with we were still able to keep a general color scheme with different shades of purple. How STUNNING are the grapes?! Save this post for inspo!

LA friends - if you’re looking for a florist in the area and want to support an awesome Iranian girl - highly recommend 🪻

Describe these photos in one word…

For me: JOY. This was a night of pure love and joy. Of all the clean dinner parties I’ve thrown the last 2 years, this one - gathering a table full of Iranians to celebrate our amazing food, culture and new year - truly stands out ❤️

I love having friends from all walks of life, but there’s something about being in a room with people from your culture that just feels like home ❤️ can you relate?

Stay tuned for fun moments, educational tips, and recipes from the most magical night!

Winter / Spring inspo🤍 what’s your fav 1-9?

As we approach Norooz (Persian new year & first day of spring🌸) sharing my favorite winter looks going into spring. If there’s one thing I’ve learned about fashion, it’s whatever you feel best in you’ll wear the best. If you’re uncomfortable and it doesn’t feel right, it will show.

Clean eating doesn’t mean giving up on fun late night snacks. Here’s a few things to look for:

Popcorn:

* USDA organic is very important bc it will also guarantee it’s non-GMO (non-GMOS doesn’t guarantee organic but organic guarantees non-GMO)

* the fat used. I prefer grass fed and finished GHEE because it’s so healthy for the gut, has a classic buttery taste, is tolerable for many people who don’t tolerate dairy, and safe for high heat cooking / temperatures

My favorite brand is

Chocolate:

*CACAO >> COCOA (cacao is more natural)

*unrefined sweetener (cleaned ones are organic maple, honey or coconut sugar)

*dark is best, but if you want milk make sure that it’s organic and grass fed and finished milk

Fav brands: &

Dried fruit:

Make sure no sweeteners added - they are sweet enough on their own!

Fun snack is also smoothie melts, yes it’s for kids but it’s super clean and yummy 🙂

One thing I really recommend is truly paying attention to the things that bring you joy.

It’s something I’ve been doing a lot the last couple years and I think I’m starting to understand why my clean dinner series has been so special to me. Hospitality and food is so culturally engrained in me (in the home … not night life hospitality lol).

Two of the things Iranian culture puts a lot of emphasis on are: 1) being a gracious host 2) showing love through food… and my subconscious found a way to create something special out of two of the things that feel most natural to me (+ clean eating made beautiful)

I LOVE making people feel special with little details, I LOVE creating clean dishes that are so yummy they surprise people, I LOVE setting an ambiance that’s equally as beautiful as it is cozy, I LOVE getting dressed up for the occasion,
