Just your girl always delivering the real deal to you. These are the top five things that are always worth the money.

Pro: Because I had no Botox in my face at the time I could see how the Skintox improved the fine lines without losing my natural movement. This is the part I would keep up with at home in the US.
Con: The Rejuran is supposed to hydrate the skin and I noticed very little change in skin hydration/plumping and was told it needs to be done up to 6 times to see a lasting difference. Not worth the bruising downtime for me.

Clinic 1: 르메디크 청담 with 이서현 who specializes in comfortable, effective treatments, within little to no downtime. He did parotid gland and neck band Botox there. Clinic 2: Lienjang Clinic in Gangnam (the 12th floor for a more luxe and private experience. He did Picosure pro and Onda there. All of these treatments were paid for, not partnerships. Shoutout to K-Beauty Concierge for also introducing us to another exceptional clinic—we were not able to get treatment here bc of scheduling but apparently this spot is THE go-to for skin booster concoctions. Only issue is you are bumpy and swollen for a few days and y’all know I booked that photoshoot so I had to pass this time around.

One day you’re hustling through back-to-back injection appointments 5-6 days a week and the next you’re in teeeears because you’re living the life little you dreamed of.

But success like this did NOT happen overnight for me.

I have spent the last 17 years as an aesthetic RN. Building my practices patient by patient alongside my incredible team. Coining a technique nobody had a name for yet. Working my a$s off for yeeeears to make a multi-million dollar business.

If you’re putting in the work and being smart about it, it IS working. You just have to recognize that success is little wins stacked over time. The grand moment almost never looks like a grand moment while it’s happening.

The future of beauty is internal. The main difference I notice between so much of Asia and the US when it comes to beauty is this: US is reactive (only treating when a problem or aging fully presents) and so much of what you see in Asia is preventative and linking beauty to inner health. I am so grateful to have gotten this treatment at id Plastic Surgery Hospital with Dr. Oh Han Jin. I will be reporting on how this supercharged my next PRFM treatment and how my labs change!

Friendly reminder to mind your health before you mind your next aesthetic treatment. You can book allllll the treatments in the world but if you don’t get your health right and learn to process and manage your emotions—then those beauty treatments are all for naught.
