Here's a short video with a couple of very basic beginning Pilates based movements to do regularly to keep moving. I put this together for a couple of new clients as easy exercises to do between their Pilates sessions with me. I'll be posting regularly on Vimeo ways to keep moving as we age.

We start on the mainland, visiting Athens, Delphi and Meteora, then a short flight to Crete for 4 nights, then fast ferry to Santorini for a day and night, then island hop to Naxos for 3 days, and back to Athens for a final night before our departure.

Includes private tours with expert guides and our own driver. 4 star hotels and private villa stays. Cookings classes. Wine tastings. Visits to Ancient ruins, sacred sites, Venetian old towns, monasteries and world renowned museums - plus catamaran day trip, time to relax poolside and at the beach.
