✨ Salon Policies ✨

Just a reminder that I do have policies set in place to help run my business as smooth as possible. ☺️

These policies are set not to “punish you,” but really to protect myself, and to make sure all of my clients and their times are treated fairly and equally.

When a client no shows or does not reschedule/cancel with enough notice, not only do I take a hit (being an independent stylist means when my chair is empty, my wallet is empty), but a client that was on a waitlist for that day takes a hit too.

This is also why I have a great system in place to send out multiple reminder texts and a way for you to confirm your appointment. So important!
