Today in the lab: alginate lifecast ➡️ stone positive. Skin texture captured, fingers intact, no major air bubbles — a good day at the mold bench. 🙌

This one’s a super secret custom build for magician and I am SO excited about where this project is headed. Can’t say more yet... but stay tuned.

Here is what’s been taking over my garage: articulated masks.

Here’s the problem I kept seeing: you either drop serious money on a high end creature mask (I’m talking $500+), or you settle for those cheap plastic masks from Spirit Halloween or Amazon that look like…well, cheap plastic masks from Spirit Halloween or Amazon. There’s nothing in between for people who want something legitimately creepy without sacrificing quality.

So I’m making them myself.
These are the base forms for a full line I’m launching. From here, I’ll sculpt the actual designs directly onto these forms and create wearable nightmares.

What makes them different: they’re lightweight (you can actually wear these for hours and remove them easily), they’re articulated (your jaw moves), and every single one is hand-sculpted by me in my shop. No mass production, no factory printing from China - each mask is unique.

Plus they are going to be affordable! A professional-looking mask you can use for short films, student projects, cosplay, or just terrifying your neighbors on Halloween.

The possibilities are endless: skulls, aliens, cryptids, original creatures, anything you can dream up. If you can describe it, I can probably sculpt it.
