I am also a graduate with honors from National Holistic Institute in San Jose, where she completed 720 hours of education and training with focus on: Anatomy and Physiology, Kinesiology, Pathology, eastern and western modalities- Shiatsu, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, Reflexology, Stone Therapy (hot and cold) To date I have performed and completed 6,000+ hours of massage and bodywork to help my clients and members: alleviate their pain, increase their range of motion, improve focus, concentration, balance, strengthen their core, and many more. I founded Sincere Touch Holistic Fitness, LLC (formerly inVgo Massage Therapy and Holistic Wellness) with the purpose of fulfilling a childhood dream I have of helping bring health, happiness and peace in our communities through connecting, networking with our community members. I am also the owner of Sunnyvale Body and Brain Yoga TaiChi - Holistic Coaching. Both are based in cozy downtown Sunnyvale. I have worked with several other healthcare professionals in our surrounding communities. Each one has their uniqueness to share with the community. I truly believe in working collaboratively with our community members to really make an impact and create long-lasting and sustainable benefits to individuals and communities and holistically, our planet and humanity. But now, it is time for me to bring out to the world my heart and soul to help people and our planet. My focus is to guide you to discover, activate, improve, enhance, integrate, master your energy system through massage and bodywork, simple Body and Brain exercises, meditation and breathwork, personal coaching: in-person, by phone, or online.
