Two clients sit in your chair with acne.
One needs extraction.
The other doesn't — at least not today.
Congestive acne is a follicular blockage problem.
The sebum is trapped, the follicle is congested, and the skin responds to preparation and controlled extraction.
Inflammatory acne is a different condition.
