My last day of work is next week before I go on maternity leave until hopefully the middle/end of January. I’ve been (very) emotional this pregnancy & have been reflecting back on my last 2 years at Every single person has made me feel so welcome and has been so helpful since day one. Starting at a new salon where I didn’t know anybody, coming back from having my second baby, smack dab in the middle covid, was honestly scary and I wasn’t sure how to feel going into my first day. Nobody made me feel like the newbie or an outsider, but instead like I had been there all along. I’m extra thankful for .hair offering up her Wednesdays to assist me every week. I really don’t think my transition would have been so smooth without all her help and hard work. The amount of time and energy BAY AREA| HAIRSTYLIST | EXTENSIONS] pours into her assistants is really something to admire & shows in all of their work and willingness to learn & help. It was really a privilege to be able to work with one of her assistants. I guilt tripped Taylor into staying with me for a few more months after she told me she was done assisting and moving on, and I don’t think I’ll ever be able to repay her for that or explain how much she and everything she’s done means to me- I really gained a friend with her. truly is so so lucky to gain Tay. It’s hard to find an environment that really feels like the right team, and somehow BAY AREA| HAIRSTYLIST | EXTENSIONS] has managed to nail it right on the head with all these gems of people. Forever grateful for making the leap here & for every single one of these angels ✨

Last weekend we celebrated 2 years of this spunky little girl. I’m in denial that she’s not so much a baby anymore and growing up faster than I’d like to admit. Maddison is quite the little character- sassy, sweet, & oh so caring. Soaking up these last months of her being our littlest baby 🦄

Thought I should show my face on my feed instead of the back of everyone’s pretty heads of hair ✨ Almost 27 weeks pregnant with our 3rd baby (surprise gender!!) & my energy and brain power is slowly fading by the day. BUT wanna say thank you to all the clients, friends, & coworkers who have been so understanding and supportive when I just need a break and some help. I have 2 more months in the salon until I go on leave (10 working days) so be sure to book your appt if you haven’t already 💕

In case you missed it, we’re having a third baby! I’m due the beginning of November, so I’ll be going on maternity leave around the beginning of October. My schedule is already pretty limited, and .hair is leaving me for bigger and better things so it’s even mooore limited as I won’t be double booking as much moving forward. Britney had messaged me a few days before her appt and told me she wanted to take her extensions out & take her prettt blonde locks reddish… My face was like 😳😱 BUT how well does she rock this copper?! O B S E S S E D 🔥 .hair helped kill it every step of the way 💥

Good news & bad news:
First, some exciting news, I’m moving salons! While I have loved my last 2 years at Roots & Rouge, I made the decision to move to 🍾 I’m so excited for you all to see this gorgeous space & cant wait to create some beautiful beads of hair. The salon carries & so if you need some luxury products, reach out to order ✨
With that being said, I have also made the difficult decision to not return to the salon until after I have baby girl. My health & my family’s health is my top priority. Santa Clara County still has NO reopen date for salons, so think of this as my early maternity leave. I am more than happy to refer my wonderful clients to the rest of the team at , just be patient with booking an appt as everyone will be rescheduling hundreds of appointments with new rules & a limited schedule. Can’t wait to see everybody in November ✨
