Thank you to all my clients who cancel early and don't leave a girl hanging! I feel like lately I've had a lot of last minute cancelations and a couple no show haircuts. Guys, I am a busy momma who wants nothing more than to be around my babies. When you leave me hanging, that is 30min-4 hours I'm missing out on at home all the while making little to no money! While this job is my passion and I love it more than anything I could have chosen to have done...it is still my job and the way I provide for my family. A $50 cancelation fee is so little compared to what I'm losing. All that guarantees is that your time in my studio is paid for.....without even paying myself at that point. I'm not trying to upset anyone but if the rate of this continues I will have no other option than to start having everyone put a card on file. I love that I've been able to operate over a decade on having some of the best clients a hairdresser could ever ask for...but I am also taken advantage of more than any person would like.

Also! Please shop local! I'm hearing clients tell me they have bought products off of Amazon (which are frequently expired, not legit, or the same price as what I sell for). Please think of your stylists first because we can always pick up ANY brand you can get and a lot of times for less or can help you bundle and save money! Wedding season was eventful as ever! I had so many weddings this year and im so grateful to have been a part in so many of your guy's big day!

That being said, I'm sad to announce that this will be my last big wedding season! I'm taking a step back from doing weddings for people that aren't already my clients. All weddings scheduled already and if you are a current client of mine I will happily assist. I'm just not looking to take on any new weddings for people I don't know.

With my health the way it is these weddings can be very stressful trying to keep myself well before the big day. I have to modify my diet so much in order to keep from going into a flare before that it just isn't a possibility for me anymore.

Like I said, I've loved all the amazing people I've met doing these and will continue to do weddings for those I already know...I just don't want NEW wedding business 🤣 No need to starve for people I do not know lol.

But from the bottom of my heart thank you all for the continuous support...and always referring me. Keep on with the referrals for other things that I can do in studio, just no more on the wedding sites...ive been getting about 5 a week requesting dates and its a lot 😵‍💫 I love you guys and I can't wait to see what the future holds for me. The last year has been the best of my career ❤️

It was yet another beautiful week in the studio! Year 2 is off and running and I couldn't be more proud of myself. I kept my business thriving while having the most difficult health year of my life! Thank you to all of my clients who have followed me on this journey of pursuing my dreams and all the new friends I've met along the way ❤️
