I just wanna shout me out real quick because wow 😂 I have literally been dreaming about this opportunity to have MY OWN shop since I was jit, LITERALLY! I’ve been doing hair since I was in elementary school! My cousin and I used to curl and braid(after my momma taught me) eachother’s hair every other day lol. When I got to HS, I started doing braids for money and that braiding game is NOT for the weak 😂😭 but then when I got to hair school & did my OWN study on Locs, I knew right then and there that I was “Len Len THE Loctician”! I literally fell Inlove with Locs/Dreads/Dreadlocs from the origin of them to how to take care of them. YouTube school & researching definitely gave me a whole new purpose/appreciation for them. After school, I couldn’t WAIT to get into a shop where I could learn more and maybe even get into my own shop. I’ve definitely been thru a GREAT amount of trails and errors. From my own people (not all) doubting me to shops treating me like I was an employee. I’m thankful for every up and even more grateful for the downs. Without those, I wouldn’t have known my worth and how much of a LIGHT I truly am. I was such a pushover. Allowed people to play in my face because I refused to see the ACTUAL games being played. NOT ANY MORE 😐 Cause try it now… awe. Anywhooooo 🤣
I also want to LOVE ON AND THANK MY CLIENTS!!!!!! Old, new AND the ones that haven’t made it yet. YALL ARE THE SHHHEEEEEEEIIITTT!!! You guys ARE MY FAMILY AND I LOVE EVERY LAST ONE OF YALL 🤎‼️
