and I are grateful for the time we had with before she leaves for Fordham University in 2 weeks ❤️

We’re even more grateful that we are still able bodied enough to follow an itinerary created by an 18 year old in a country that IS NOT ADA accessible 😎 Shout out for planning it and thank you Robin Greenrose for watching our house and fur babies!

We might be a little annoyed that we took a 2 hour ferry each way, plus a 45 minute bus ride, then waited 30 minutes for our turn to take the first photo in Santorini…and the guy had his finger over the lens (which we only discovered later! 😅)

And now I’m truly excited to dive back into my business! My emotional resilience training served me WELL as we lived in very close quarters with too much wine 🍷and too little sleep 😴

I have also learned that our field of consultants will soon be eliminated, which eliminates my remaining income from sales commisions and speeds up the career search I had already begun. Have you ever been at a fun party, dancing to music, and suddenly, the music stops? Maybe you heard the record scratch, maybe there was feedback from the speakers, but the mood changed quickly.

That was me, almost every morning, for about 30 years.

I’d wake up with plans, ideas, hopes, and then I’d get to the bathroom mirror. And the music in my head stopped. And my confidence plummeted.

Put the plans on hold, call the dermatologist, watch the infomercials, read ALL the labels, and BRACE YOURSELF because once again, some caring soul is going to ask you what happened to your face.
