Day 2 from my Fundamentals of Therapeutic Thai Massage class in May.
We started the morning with a 20-minute gentle yoga flow led by our TA .hands_ , to get everyone back into their bodies after Day 1. From there we revisited our supine and side-lying work, moved into prone and seated techniques, and wrapped up by learning how to connect everything into one smooth, flowing treatment.
Day 2, everyone looked more confident and you could really feel it in the room. It was an honor to teach this class at my alma mater, Advanced Massage Therapeutics.
If you’re ready to keep learning, my next class is:
Thai Techniques for the Table Therapist
Saturday, August 8, 9–5
Advanced Massage Therapeutics.
8 NCBTMB-approved CE hours for $199.
Registration is in my bio, or send me a DM if you have any questions.
A little behind on posting, but that’s what happens when you’re busy unpacking six days of Kentucky Fried Fun.
Earlier this month we welcomed an incredible group of therapists for Level 3 Energy Lines with Diego Marquette. We spent the week studying the Sen lines, Thai medicine philosophy, and hands-on applications while making new friends and sharing plenty of laughs along the way.
Thank you to everyone who traveled to Louisville, showed up ready to learn, and helped create such a fun and supportive atmosphere. And a huge thank you to Diego for making the trip from Brazil and sharing his knowledge with our community.
We’re already kicking around ideas for the next adventure, and if this class was any indication, it’s going to be something special.
Until then, here are a few highlights from a fantastic week together.
Day 1 of Fundamentals of Therapeutic Thai Massage was all about building the foundation. We explored the history and theory of Thai massage, dialed in body mechanics, and worked through supine and side-lying techniques. Big thanks to my assistants .hands_ and for all the help throughout the weekend.

Still soaking it all in after hosting my teacher, , here in Kentucky this past week. We had students join us from 2 countries and 9 different states to spend six days diving deep into Thai medicine, energy lines, and the art of touch. It’s pretty amazing that a little Kentucky Fried Thai Massage gathering can bring together so many passionate therapists from so many different places. I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who traveled, learned, shared, laughed, and helped make the week what it was. My cup is full, my brain is still processing it all, and I’ve got plenty more photos, stories, and Kentucky fried fun to share soon. 🙏🏼🇹🇭🫶🏼
A few moments from my first day in Bangkok
Kept it simple — just settling in, taking it all in, and letting the trip unfold.
Wrapped the night on the train north to Chiang Mai.
Super cool experience, and some really solid food along the way.
More to come… this one’s just the start.
