SUNDAY RESET COMMUNITY YOGA 🧘‍♀️

I’ve been feeling a little overstimulated, ungrounded, and not feeling in rhythm with my self. If I’m feeling it, I have a feeling I’m not the only one.

So instead of isolating and wallowing, I’m going to give back. Tomorrow morning we’re slowing down together.

This is a complimentary yoga gathering, with a gentle slow flow, breath work, and meditation. Intentionally put together to help you soften, reconnect, and resent before the week begins.

Bring a mat, water, & a blanket… and whatever version of yourself shows up tomorrow.

After class, stay for tea, conversation, and a slow Sunday morning with us.
