🌟 Dear valued clients, customers, and friends of Defining You Salon: 🌟 We would like to reiterate our no kids policy. We want to ensure that everyone enjoys a safe and relaxing experience at our salon. While we warmly welcome children who are being serviced, we kindly ask that no extra guests or children remain in the salon unless they are receiving a service.

Healthy Hair 101: It starts at the shampoo bowl. The scalp provides continuous moisture to the follicles of the hair, but can also be the reason why your hair is dry if it isn’t properly cleared & hydrated. TRIMS are necessary (6 weeks). Too much conditioner can cause just as much damage as too little. (Know what you need and how to use it correctly) This client is getting her 6 week check up; trim & treatment (this is before her trim) BOOK soon!

Ten years of blessings!
Over the course of time, Defining You has been a home to abt 18 ladies and gents. Some pursued other avenues and some went on to be BIG BOSSES in their respective fields. We've had the beauty industry within our grasp as one of the leading black owned salon suites in Louisville from 2017 til 2020.
Though COVID changed the dynamics of the business, the company still remains one of the leading brands in Louisville. Defining You was not built overnight but it has felt like an overnight success... Thanks be to God!! We pride ourselves on showing gratitude towards others on the same journey as us and being open to new things! Every lady in this photo has been a blessing to have within the timeframe of their stay!!! This photo is a prime example of how being each others confidence builds your own!!! It's graceful to fix others crowns without telling everyone else it crooked bc Loving on one another is showing your beauty and that's Defining You!
