Each day is filled with gratitude, talent, many giggles, and our fav drink 🤭 which fit did you like the most?

When we opened our doors, we didn’t just want to create a great place for clients to get their hair done. We wanted to create a genuinely healthy, supportive workplace for the artists who call this salon home 🪴

The beauty industry can sometimes be hectic but we choose a different rhythm:

🌱We protect our peace: we encourage boundaries, manageable schedules, and true work-life balance so our team doesn’t burn out

🌱We value mentorship: from hair school graduates working alongside master stylists to seasoned artists sharing advanced techniques, we are constantly learning from each other

🌱We lift as we climb: there’s no room for big egos here!! If a teammate needs a hand mixing color, a sounding board for a complex transformation, or just a coffee run, someone is always there to step up
