This lady has LOTS of hair (lucky) 😑

So to achieve a bob that has shape and movement but doesn't have short layers was a lot of work. Her previous cut (not done by me) had layers that were adding volume in all the wrong places instead of removing it.

Needless to say, after about an hour and a half, we got her a nice soft, correctly shaped, bob.

She told me afterwards that this was the first haircut she's ever had where her finished cut looked like the picture that we picked out during our consult at the beginning of the service.
