I just want to say how deeply grateful I am for each and every one of you 🤍 Your support means so much to me, and I truly never take it for granted.

I know I’ve shared posts like this before, but I want to be honest about the season I’m in. I stay consistently booked, and because of that I have to stick to a set schedule. Between being a wife, my business, my five kiddos, sports, and my mental health, I need clear boundaries in place.

If I’m not at work, I need to be fully present with my family or resting my body so I can continue showing up and giving you my very best. That means I can no longer just pop in on off days—those days are needed at home or in the stands cheering my kids on 🤍

Pre-booking is very important right now to make sure you get the times that work best for you.

Please use my online booking app for all scheduling—it shows availability, pricing, and will also send out any specials or openings in my schedule so you can grab booking gaps when they come up. I also have a waitlist, and I always check it first for cancellations to try to get you in sooner when possible.
