Everyone's talking about "charging your worth."
But are we talking enough about what it means to pay people their worth?
Iโve seen the heated debates online between clients and stylists, and honestly, both sides have valid points. But it made me step back and ask a bigger question that applies to all of us, in every industry.
It's easy to stand up for our own value, but the real test of character is how we value the time, skill, and effort of others.
What does "fair compensation" actually mean to you? Is it just market rates, or is there more to it?

Braids, Sew Ins, Wigs ruined my hair.โ
I hear this all the time.
