Odd Ducks Soaps and Crafts

Hadn't made a new soap in a little bit, decided to change that.

Is your favorite candle Pink Sands? Am I going to have to buy a whole tub of this fragrance? Yes and yes.

Calling this one Life's a Beach. Hoping it stays smelling that good through the curing process.

Hand painted my first sign today, got some small ones to do to clip on stuff when I get there. Paint pens for the win!

Only downside is if I change anything I have to start over, but oh well.

Either choice comes with a soap dish and a soap saver bag in a cute little box, ready as a gift.

Today's item trial - lotion bars! Used the final bit of my petrichor scent to whip these up with coconut oil, h**p seed oil, Shea Butter, and beeswax.

Added colloidal oatmeal but I don't think I will after this, cause the oatmeal powder settled towards the 'bottom' a bit much. The mica coloring did the same but I think the effect there is kind of neat lol.

Trial and error! But for a first attempt, I quite like these.

Christmas Wreath

Ever stand right next to a fresh cut Christmas tree and just.. Sniff? Christmas Wreath brings that crisp pine smell right into a soap bar. Biodegradable glitter and pink peppercorns on top make this soap look like it's namesake.

Frosted Gingerbread!

Sweet and gently spiced without being overpowering. Rustic and warm, perfect for the season. A topping of shiny white mica, sea salt, and pink peppercorn gives it a festive look.

Naughty List

Activated charcoal made from bamboo gives this soap a rich, dark color. These coal bars smell like black currant and oakmoss so it's a pleasant unisex scent for everyone on Santa's bad side.
