A client came to me after paying $60 for what she was told were “lash clusters.” When we removed them, we found a lash strip glued together with what appeared to be hair bonding glue instead of adhesive designed for the eye area. Not only did this make removal difficult, but products not intended for lashes can increase the risk of irritation, damage to your natural lashes, and an uncomfortable experience.
