June is Acne Awareness Month! One of my favorite ways to treat acne-prone skin is by combining the Linder Health Spotless Peel with microneedling. Together, these treatments work to target active breakouts, congestion, inflammation, post-acne discoloration, and overall skin texture.

The Spotless Peel helps clear and calm acne-prone skin, while microneedling supports skin renewal and improves the appearance of acne scars. When paired together as part of my Microneedling Plus treatment, we can take results even further by incorporating Pico laser and retinol for a comprehensive approach to acne correction.

Having advanced technology is important, but it is not what creates results on its own. Understanding how to use it, when to use it, and why is what makes the difference.

I started with Quanta Lasers and later merged into Cartessa because I believed in the technology, innovation, and results. Up until two years ago, I was the only provider in the Panhandle and this side of Dallas offering this level of laser technology.

10 years later, I still choose to partner with them because transparency, education, and results will always matter most.

The skincare industry is full of noise. 🗣️ New products, new trends, new claims constantly being pushed. The truth is, most of it is marketing.

💡 What actually matters is simple. Correct what needs to be addressed, prevent future damage, and support the skin long term. Skincare is not about reacting. It is about being proactive and intentional.

I did not build my business on trends. I built it on understanding what West Texas skin actually needed and creating treatments that delivered real results. 🙌🏻 That foundation has stayed the same, even as everything else has evolved. Custom, corrective treatments. Proven technology. Ongoing education.

I have to be honest… I’ve been gatekeeping this one 🤭 The Avène Cicalfate+ Restorative Protective Cream has become one of my go-to products anytime the skin barrier needs extra support.

Post-treatment, irritation, dryness, compromised skin… this is what I reach for. I especially love it for oily and acne-prone skin post-procedure because it supports healing without causing the breakouts that a lot of heavier creams and balms can.

10 years. A decade of learning, growing, and helping clients feel confident in their skin. What started as a passion has turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined.

Thank you to every client who has trusted me with their skin over the years. Your support, consistency, and loyalty mean everything.

Formulated by the Acne Whisperer, Sophie Pavitt, this is one of those products that truly delivers for acne-prone skin. Mandelic acid is gentle, effective, and works to improve breakouts without overwhelming the skin. I use it myself and on multiple clients, and it is one I consistently stand behind.

She said it’s a doctor’s appointment… and she wasn’t wrong.

If you struggle with melasma, sunscreen alone is not enough. Visible light, especially blue light, plays a major role in triggering pigmentation. This is why tinted mineral sunscreen is essential. The iron oxides help block visible light, giving you an extra layer of protection that traditional SPF does not provide.
