Good morning! Let’s talk a little about maintaining healthy hair.

Firstly What you eat and drink affects your hair!!!!!!

Despite what you’ve been told it’s important to shampoo your hair regularly! That’s your main source of hydration! Also take time to research and use good quality shampoo and products.

Also too much of anything isn’t good for your hair. you should not be flat ironing everyday EVER! you should not wear braids, wigs, or weaves all the time. What happens if you keep something on top of grass for a long time? All of that plays a part in hair breaking, finer hair, and finer edges!

Keep regular appointments with your trusted licensed cosmetologist and listened to them when they make recommendations for your hair’s health!
