Happy St. Patrick’s Day! 🍀 We had our greens at lunchtime. My girl totally took my shake 🤣 so I needed to make a second. I also had my greens-gut-glow shot mixed with my Mind Health, which all together tastes super fruity.
She loves this shake which is easy enough for her to help make it & it’s positively yummy! Oat or almond milk, Feel Fit vanilla pea protein shake mix, a little bit of oats, a few drops of peppermint extract, some avocado, & Superfood Greens all blended up. She was so tickled about getting my shake & making as big of green mustache as she could as she drank it. 🤣💖
Yeah I know we’re not wearing green ... the damp cold day made us grab the cozy warm clothes instead of the cute holiday things. Doesn’t mean we can’t still have fun! 🍀🎉

Totally forgot that today is ice cream 🍦 for breakfast day! 🤦🏽‍♀️ You know, one of those days everyone knows about... yeah, not so much. 🤣 Anyway, we actually have “ice cream” for breakfast quite often around here, particularly our little person. We call it ‘nana swirl, thanks to an episode or two from Daniel Tiger. Frozen bananas tossed in the blender with some almond or oat milk, Arbonne vanilla or chocolate pea protein shake mix, & this time we added frozen organic blueberries 🫐 too. We pour the “soft serve ice cream” into reusable silicon cupcake wrappers & pop them into the freezer to set up for quick breakfasts & snacks throughout the week. If you’ve never tried it you really should. So yummy & so good for you too!

Ever wonder what eating on 30 Day to Healthy Living actually looks like? This could be any given day when you feel more like nibbling rather than a sit down meal. We got a little festive with some clean snacks with a rosé champagne flavored fizz stick, while I had blackeye peas cooking for later. A randomly thrown together concoction of hummus, guacamole, & some homemade hot sauce is going to become a regular thing because it somehow ended up tasting like queso. Bean chips & carrots + “queso” = Yum!

Ingredients:
(Makes 2 dozen)
1 scoop Arbonne Essentials® Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
1 scoop Arbonne Essentials Chocolate Protein Shake Mix
2 cups blanched almond flour (almond meal)
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp baking powder
½ cup grapeseed or sunflower seed oil
1 tbsp organic vanilla extract
¼ cup raw, organic agave nectar
1 cup organic dark chocolate chips

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a smaller bowl, combine wet ingredients (do not overmix). Mix wet ingredients into the dry. When combined, form ½–1 inch balls and press onto a parchment paper- or silicone-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 7–10 minutes. Cool, serve and enjoy!
