UPDATE: As of noon on Saturday, June 13-Slaughter Road is back open.

Beginning Friday, June 12, 2026, at 6:00 a.m., weather permitting, Slaughter Road between Greenwood Drive and Eastview Drive will be temporarily closed to allow for the installation of storm pipes. The temporary closure will last approximately 3 days, and the road will reopen by Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. Traffic control and detour signage will be in-place to direct traffic around the work area.

Motorists are highly encouraged to take alternate routes to avoid traffic congestion. If the area cannot be avoided, we kindly ask motorists to stay alert, drive carefully along the detour route, and plan for possible delays.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the roads and enhance safety for everyone in Madison County.

We have had some MAJOR growth progress going on here. Lauren came to me with very compromised hair & now look at those inches! Her hair color may seem a little familiar as we did do a look very similar to this further down my page, then we made a little pit stop a few months ago to an all over dimensional purple & now we’re back! Is it just me or was she made for this color combination? As always, i’m in LOVE with my adorable clients 💚💜🪲
