Responsibilities include:

- Greet clients with a warm welcome attitude
and ensure they have a wonderful experience from check-in to check-out.
- Answer phone calls, follow up with potential clients, process payments, and manage salon/spa booking systems
- Coordinate day to day operations to maintain smooth business flow, including inventory management, staff communication, and assisting providers as needed
- Help keep social media updated, including filming short clips with providers, reels, etc
- Assist in keeping the spa space clean, organized, and ready for clients.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and stay on target with little supervision
- Professional phone etiquette
- Positive, cheerful attitude and team player is an absolute must
- Able to follow directions and be receptive to learning new skills

This is a part-time position with work hours including Tuesday - Friday from 9:30 to 5. Saturdays or events as needed but typically once per month.

Well hello there new brows!! I love customizing each clients new look and this suited her perfectly.

I'm always like a kid waiting to show them the reveal once I'm finished because it's just too fun that this is what I get to do every day.

With a potential winter storm in the forecast, here's a little information about how we work around and through snow days.....

First of all, STAY CALM ❄️ Kentucky weather is all over the place, and you never know what/if/how the forecast is going to turn out.

With that being said, we typically don't cancel prior to the day to make sure we actually get the weather in question, AND it presents a threat to us coming in.

If the weather presents a threat, we will determine that the day of the actual event, and we will reschedule in those cases WITHOUT a fee. Weightloss clientele can be seen virtually in most cases, so we will continue with those appointments as normal in the event we do get weather.

So basically if we are supposed to get snow on Wednesday, and it's the Friday before. Just hang on until we see if we actually get it.....please! We will reach out and reschedule if nessecary.

For now it looks like Tuesday clients will be mostly unaffected and we may get weathher that night. We will be updating our page so check here and then wait for someone to reach out ❄️

We had a little fun this afternoon in the studio and pulled into my room for some new brows!

She's already glowing ✨️ but you already know I'm a little partial and think EVERYONE could benefit from permanent makeup, so she's been patiently waiting until we had some downtime.

She has a super high natural arch and a little sparse on the tails, so I pulled her fronts in and up and then finished out the tail to give her a stunning frame.
