Effective immediately

Your appointments and your time are very important to me as well as mine. I do not get paid if you choose not to show up. To prepare myself for a work day I have paid childcare, bought the supplies necessary for your appointment along with blocking off several hours of time at a job where i rent my space to work.
Providing me with a notice allows me to make other arrangements or fill your spot.
I am very understanding and have spent MANY years not implementing a cancellation policy because I understand life happens.
There are certain circumstances which would not fall under this policy such as illness of yourself or your children or true emergencies.
