A group of us will be swimming at Tower 26 tomorrow (Sunday) at 9am. All welcome.

Here is the proposal:
1. 30 - 45 minutes of any kind of exercise 4-6 times a week (this is a minimum, you can definitely do more)
2. No artificial sweeteners added or included in your food or drinks
3. No fast food
4. No junk food (you decide what this means for you)
5. Eat food as close to it's original state as possible (great idea Gina!)
6. Coffee is OK
7. Celebrate – One of the ways to motivate good habits is to celebrate every time you make the right choice (complete a workout, eat a healthy meal instead of..) It will be a way to congratulate yourself, acknowledge yourself instead of the usual “glad that’s over” ugh. Each week we find a way to celebrate our successful week (only if it was successful) buy treating yourself to something: a massage, raw organic cacao chocolate, etc. or just going and doing something fun (movie, dinner whatever) because I deserve it for having risen to the challenge that week. (Yes, the parameters would be not to destroy the previous week’s efforts) Try to post what you did that week to celebrate in a healthy way. Thanks ANNE! I love this one!!!

PLEASE if you find something better, easier or less expensive to buy/get LET ME KNOW.
5. If you freak out, break down, lose you mind or want to reward and celebrate (like we all do from time to time) and need chocolate buy RAW ORGANIC CACAO chocolate only. It will cost you enough that you will not abuse the privilege.
As always try to eat organic whenever possible.

3. No fast food

5. One time a week reach out to one person (of course you can do more) and brighten their day
As always try to eat organic whenever possible.
