I had a self care Sunday but was so focused on self care I didn’t post! Yesterday was the first day I was having more energy after a couple days of hard emotions coming up.
I asked for help to get started, then slowly:
• organized and decluttered
• donated what no longer felt aligned
• stretched
• prepped food for the week
• made dough for bread
• did some laundry
• cleaned the shower
• took a bath

It wasn’t performative.
It was healing.
I want this to be a community that prioritizes wellbeing over wearing masks. Practice over perfection. Peace even when there is war.

As a chronic overexplainer, I’m learning when and what to share, with who. This is a little reminder for myself and anyone else who needs it :)
