Motherhood is a sacred journey—one that stretches the soul as much as it stretches the heart. Since welcoming my second child Aya, I’ve been reminded that while this path is deeply fulfilling, it also calls for us to give of ourselves endlessly. Yet within that giving, there is a quiet whisper—a divine reminder—that we, too, must be held.
 
I have learned something sacred: we cannot pour from an empty cup. Carving out time for stillness, reflection, and rest isn’t selfish—it’s essential. That’s why I am creating space, not just for myself, but for you too. A one day retreat on October 25th rooted in the understanding that when we nurture ourselves, we return to our families more grounded, more present, and more whole.

Just wrapped up the most soul-nourishing stay at . I spent a few days in deep relaxation with daily yoga, sound baths, spa bliss, nourishing food and complete pampering during this final stage of pregnancy. My body and spirit feel renewed in the best way possible!

Costa Rica Yoga + Surf Retreat. That’s a WRAP!

Reflecting on our time together in Nosara fills my heart with gratitude. This past week, we came together as strangers and left as a family—connected through movement, breath, and the beauty of this sacred space.

From the rain that greeted us that nudged us into gentle stillness, to the shared laughter, deep breaths, and quiet moments of self-discovery on our mats, every moment was a reminder of the magic that happens when we choose to be fully present.

Thank you to each soul who showed up, not just for the retreat, but for yourselves. Your openness, energy, and love created an unforgettable space that will forever resonate in my heart.
