Steph’s Glow Up

Week 2! Let’s get it! This week is dedicated to my baby boy, Paxton, who turns 6 today! This child used to have me up at this hour and all of the other hours for most of his life. Thankfully he sleeps pretty good these days 💪

I started a new journey yesterday. I prayed in church on Sunday for strength to show up for myself and end the continued self sabotage. I’m tired of the watching and wishing I could but not doing. So I’m back in the 5AM club and you can find me at Planet Fitness at 530 Monday-Friday. No more excuses! 💪

I’m posting here for accountability. My Why: Reduce body fat, gain muscle, increased energy, to be the best wife, mom, and working professional that I can be. I want to set a good example for my children and those around me. I want to be healthy. ❤️

Today I did a 30 min incline walk on the tread with a 20lb weighted vest. 10/10 recommend. Link in comments 👇
