Suspicious Incident – On September 30, officers responded to investigate reports of multiple female juveniles being approached by unknown man driving a newer-model silver Subaru Forester in the area of Rippon Middle School in Woodbridge. The juveniles reported similar incidents in which the man offered them money to get into his vehicle. The man approached the juveniles by pulling alongside them as they walked to and from school during the morning and afternoon hours. At no time did any of the juveniles get into the vehicle, nor was there any physical contact between the juveniles and the man. Detectives are seeking assistance from the public to identify the man involved. A Hispanic male, between 30-36 years old, heavy build, with long black hair in a ponytail, glasses, a scruffy beard, possibly tattoos on his left arm
