We had one task blocking a major project from moving forward.

I assigned it.

One person researched it, opened support cases, submitted inquiries — couldn’t solve it.

Then it got reassigned.

Same process. More research. More tickets. More time.

Several weeks later they came back and said:

So I opened AI and typed the exact problem in one sentence.

10 seconds later:
A precise step-by-step solution.

30 seconds later:
The issue was fixed.

Done. Closed. We moved forward immediately.

Now think about what actually happened here.

Hours of back-and-forth.
Support tickets.
Frustration.
Dead ends.
Lost momentum.

Now compare that to 30 seconds and essentially zero cost.

It’s the equivalent of doing accounting by hand with a calculator while Excel already exists.

Nobody would operate like that today.
