Legacy Salons Re-Opening Protocol

This is to let everyone know the expectations from Legacy Salons & Day Spa, to ensure the safety of our staff members, tenants, clients, vendors and every one’s family. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us all get back to some kind of a new normal. We will be re-evaluating these requirements bi-weekly, until the state mandates otherwise.

Clients
1. Must not show any symptoms of any illness- or we reserve the right to refuse service
2. Must have appointment
3. Must wear face make entering and exiting the salon or in common areas of the salon
4. Will need to wait in their vehicles until they have been text/called that it is time for their appointment
5. Will not be allowed to bring anyone with them to their appointment
If other family members have scheduled appointments, they will need to wait in vehicle until It is their time for their appointment
If children under age are getting the service, they can be accompanied by a parent as long as they are wearing mask and practicing social distancing guide lines
6. Not allowed to wait outside of stylist rooms, waiting areas, break rooms, etc.
7. If picking up product, they need to contact you and meet you in the parking lot.

Vendors Rep./Deliveries-
1. All vendor’s rep and delivery staff must wear mask entering the salon.
2. Try to make orders by phone/email- with little contact in the salon as possible.
3. Delivering products to each room with as little contact as possible by vendor’s rep.
4. Food delivery- go straight to room, or be met outside front entrance
5. At this point, front desk would not be involved in this process

We are providing this new protocol to be implemented during this challenging time to ensure everyone’s safety and health as well as following state recommendations. We encourage your full cooperation, Ignoring or lack of cooperation could result in closing your suite/business while still being financially responsible for your lease. We will monitor this on bi-weekly basis and make adjustments as needed.

To all my dear and loyal clients,

Stay at home expires April 30th!!!

Phase 1 opens May 1st, those include: All retail store, movie theaters, malls, restaurants can open at 25% capacity increasing to 50% so long as there is still a decline in numbers.

Phase 2 could open May 18th, Hair salons, barber shops and gyms COULD open as early as mid May.
I know, that wasn’t the news we all wanted to hear!!!
